Yes. Three-phase boards, submains, machine and kitchen equipment connections, and load checks before you buy the equipment. If the tenancy only has single-phase we tell you what an upgrade involves before you sign a lease that needs it.
Yes, on a schedule. The interval comes from AS/NZS 3760: six months in workshops, twelve in kitchens, shops and gyms where cords flex or get knocked, five years for office gear that stays put. We keep the register and the tags carry the next due date.
A 90-minute discharge test every six months and a full inspection every twelve, to AS/NZS 2293.2, recorded in a log book kept on site. Failed fittings get replaced with LED units on the same visit.
Yes. We put your site on a schedule for the exit lights, test and tag, safety switch tests and a yearly board inspection, and remind you before each is due. Regular commercial customers can ask us about an account.
Yes. We work to the plan and the program, do the rough-in, the fit-off and the certificate, and deal with the certifier's paperwork. We are used to being one trade among several on a fit-out.
