Cal came out for an emergency loss of power and was prompt, fair pricing, found and solved the problem quickly. Capalaba, Cleveland and the Redlands are a case-by-case yes for bigger jobs like boards, solar and EV chargers, and usually a no for a single power point. North of the river we go as far as New Farm, Newstead and the Valley. Beyond that, ask.
Yes, most weeks. We deal with the building manager for access and the induction, park legally, and put the invoice in whichever name the body corporate or the owner needs. Common-area work is quoted in writing for the committee.
Yes. Shops and offices in the CBD, the Valley and Newstead are mostly done after close so the business does not shut. The after-hours time is in the quote.
