Every system we install is fully tested, certified, and signed off under Electrical Contractor Licence 1502980. Your panels, battery and inverter also carry their own manufacturer warranties.

In most cases, yes. We check whether your current inverter is battery-ready or whether you need a hybrid or AC-coupled setup, then design the battery around your usage. We will tell you upfront what your existing system can and cannot support before you commit.

It depends on your current inverter. Some are already battery-ready, others need a hybrid inverter or an AC-coupled battery with its own inverter. We assess this during the design stage so there are no surprises.

There are current federal and Queensland incentives for home batteries, and eligibility depends on your system, your installer and the install date. We will confirm exactly what applies to your situation as part of your quote rather than quoting a figure that may have changed.

A typical residential solar and battery install runs one to two days on site, depending on the system size, your roof and whether the switchboard needs any work. We give you a clear timeline before we start.

Sometimes. Older switchboards may need an upgrade to safely support solar and battery, especially if they still run ceramic fuses. We check this during design and quote any switchboard work separately so you can see exactly what is included.

Your panels, battery and inverter carry their own manufacturer warranties, which vary by brand. On top of that, our installation work is backed by a minimum 12-month workmanship guarantee under Electrical Contractor Licence 1502980.
